Flourish Downtown Amenity & Branding Campaign

My Role

Brand Strategy & Visual Experience Direction — I led the creative development of the Flourish Downtown identity from concept to execution, ensuring that every visual element communicated Brookfield’s renewed focus on wellness, sustainability, and community. I designed the brand system, including logo, color palette, typography, and tone, and applied it across both digital and printed materials for the relaunch of the building’s amenities. This included campaigns promoting the new gym facility, bike room, rooftop terrace, and outdoor gardens, all reimagined to enhance the tenant experience.
I also supervised large-format production and environmental graphics, coordinating with vendors and installers to ensure color consistency, material quality, and flawless implementation throughout the property. Additionally, I helped align messaging and visuals across email marketing, social media, and internal communications, creating a cohesive visual language that unified every touchpoint. The result was an elevated, modern, and human-centered brand expression that transformed The Victor Building into a vibrant space reflective of Brookfield’s sustainability goals and community-driven design philosophy.

Design Approach

Crafted a visual narrative centered on sustainability, wellness, and community, positioning the rooftop and gardens as symbols of Brookfield’s ESG commitment. Developed a modern and refreshing graphic language inspired by health, movement, and green urban spaces. Created a modular visual system adaptable across signage, posters, digital communications, and event materials.

Deliverables

Complete brand identity for Flourish Downtown (logo, color palette, typography, and guidelines). Full print and digital campaign package: gym and wellness signage, bike-room graphics, rooftop and garden displays, and tenant communication templates. Flexible templates for future event promotions and seasonal activations.

Outcome

The campaign repositioned The Victor Building as a wellness-driven, sustainable workspace in the heart of downtown D.C. The new rooftop and outdoor gardens became defining features, enhancing the tenant experience and market appeal. The project reinforced Brookfield’s vision of revitalizing urban assets through human-centered, environmentally conscious design.
