For 8 years, I've branded real estate developments

in the U.S.
From The Yards in DC to Halley Rise in Reston, VA.
My Approach
I've
managed 48 simultaneous property brands, learning
what makes buyers choose one building over another
when everything looks the same.
I don't just make things look good. I solve the
strategic problem of differentiation.
My Education
B.F.A. in Design & Advertising, M.A. in Digital Design/3D, and an Advanced Degree in Positive Psychology. Aka: design muscles, tech curiosity, and a brain wired for teams and momentum.

Market analysis, competitor audit, stakeholder
interviews. I spend time with your sales team, they know what objections come up.
2. STRATEGY - Brand positioning, messaging framework, differentiation strategy. This becomes the foundation everything builds on. "Design, for me, is not only about what we see, but how it makes us breathe".
3. IDENTITY - Visual system that reflects strategy, not just "what looks cool." Every color, typeface, and texture is intentional.
