Broker Experience Event

A curated escape into
New York’s most extraordinary
illusions, flavors, and moments.

Brookfield Properties invited its top-performing brokers to an exclusive three-day experience in New York City — a celebration designed to reward excellence with an unforgettable immersion into magic, fine dining, and curated hospitality.
I led the creative direction, print design, digital assets, and event identity, crafting every detail so the experience felt elevated, seamless, and—most importantly—magical.

The Challenge

Design an invitation suite and visual identity that matched the sophistication of a weekend built around:
• Luxury dining,
• Private entertainment,
• Exclusive property tours,
• and the mystique of Manhattan at night.
The event needed to feel rare, intimate, and surprising—something that guests would talk about long after returning home.

The Experience

The itinerary was carefully choreographed:
• Lunch at Brookfield Place
• Axe throwing at Kick Axe Brooklyn
• Dinner at Michelin-starred L’Appart
• Sunset cocktails & curated culinary experiences
• A private showing of “The Magician” by Dan White at the NoMad
• Tours of major Brookfield developments, including Manhattan West
• Luxury accommodations & transportation, fully hosted
As always, guests received premium gifts, selected and designed to make the evening feel exceptionally personal.

What I Delivered

High-End Invitation System.
A tactile, premium invitation printed with:
• Gold foil,
• Pearl foil accents,
• Engraved details,
• Custom borders and metallic textures inspired by Manhattan’s Art Deco heritage.
Every detail was engineered to feel like opening the door to a private show.
Elegant Envelope & Labeling System:
• Gold-stamped envelopes, elegantly addressed, carrying the tone of exclusivity from the moment they were received.

Digital Suite

• Save-the-Date

Designed for clarity, high impact, and brand consistency.
Event Identity & Printed Collateral

An integrated system tying together itinerary materials, stickers, and personalized elements—creating a unified brand experience throughout the weekend.
