Halley Rise is a large-scale urban development with millions of square feet of residential, retail, and office space, supported by dozens of data points related to population, mobility, talent, jobs, technology, and long-term projections.
My goal was to soften the numbers and turn dense information into a visual language that feels modern, breathable, and intuitive, without losing the strategic weight behind it.

The Challenge

Brookfield needed a deck that could:
Communicate macro data on population, workforce, connectivity, and market growth, feel modern, vibrant, and friendly, and align with Halley Rise’s identity as a tech-driven, people-centered, urban ecosystem.
The raw data included:
• Demographic shifts
• Tech degree completions
• Regional mobility maps
• Millennial market rankings
• Brain-gain vs. brain-drain comparisons
projected development phases
• Economic and innovation indicators
Turning this into something clear, and also visually enjoyable, required both design and curation.

The Solution

I developed a multi-layered infographic system built around:
• Clean, high-contrast typography,
• Geometric grids inspired by urban structure,
• Color-blocked information groups,
• Lightweight iconography for guidance,
• Simplified charts to avoid visual overload, and a narrative flow that gently leads the viewer through complex topics.
Each infographic was crafted to breathe — creating visual pauses within data-heavy pages and making the content approachable for stakeholders.

This wasn’t a set of isolated graphics, each page built on the previous one, telling a clear, strategic story about the region’s growth and Halley Rise’s role within it.

All graphics were engineered for:
• Large-screen presentations,
• Internal distribution PDFs,
• Crisp printing at multiple scales, seamless integration with Brookfield’s brand.

A visual system that transforms dense, complex data into clear and compelling storytelling, helping Brookfield communicate the scale, opportunity, and vision behind Halley Rise.

The Outcome

The infographic system didn’t just make the data clearer, It made it more convincing.

It helped the Brookfield team articulate value, demonstrate opportunity, and support decision-making with visually engaging evidence. The final deck positioned Halley Rise as a forward-thinking ecosystem of innovation, talent, and urban potential.
