Global ESG Campaign – Brookfield Properties

As lead creative strategist and designer, I initiated a proposal to Brookfield’s marketing team inspired by their ESG agenda. Working with Chris Jampol, Creative Director, Brookfield NYC East Zone, I refined the concept—which evolved from a regional initiative into a global campaign, adopted across Brookfield’s assets in multiple regions and countries. At the flagship site, 200 Liberty Street (and other “tour floors”), I directed the full-suite deliverables: identity design, e-blasts, brochures, posters, AR-enabled materials, animated headers, motion-graphics, iconography and videos—ensuring cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.

Design Approach

Anchored in the brand’s global ESG narrative, emphasising clean energy, sustainability, urban resilience and social responsibility. Developed a visual system that communicated Brookfield’s future-ready real-estate assets: rooftop solar, EV-charging, efficient buildings, community-centric spaces. Created modular assets for scalability—from flagship launches to local assets in each region—ensuring brand consistency at global scale. Leveraged motion graphics and interactive media (AR, animated headers) to elevate digital engagement and support tenant- & investor-facing communications.

Deliverables

• Full brand identity for the ESG campaign (logo, visual language, guidelines) tailored to Brookfield’s real-estate division.
• 360° campaign materials: digital e-blasts + motion-graphic headers, printed brochures + posters, icon-sets, videos for internal/external use.
• AR experiential proofs built into key touchpoints (tour floors at 200 Liberty and other high-profile assets) to showcase sustainability metrics and interactive narratives.
• Templates for ongoing usage, allowing regional teams to localise while retaining brand integrity.

Outcome

• Brookfield’s ESG narrative was visually elevated, deepening credibility with tenants, occupiers, investors and communities.
• The campaign became a flagship global initiative, not just a regional concept—ensuring alignment across Brookfield’s global portfolio.
• At 200 Liberty and associated tour floors, the visual and interactive rollout positioned Brookfield as a leader in sustainable real-estate experience.
• The asset-brand proposition shifted from “building” to “purpose-driven community & sustainable environment,” aligning with Brookfield’s 2030/2050 goals.

Project Close

This project stands as a pinnacle in my career—conceptualising and executing an ESG branding campaign at global scale for Brookfield Properties. With full deployment across major assets, interactive media, sustainability articulation and brand system engineering, the work sets a new benchmark for how real-estate meets purpose, design and global strategy.
